Welcome!
Here is the journal of a newlywed in her early 20's in Central Alberta, Canada. Moving to Calgary during August.
In September you will get to hear my ramblings about going to University also. I am in my 3rd year of Natural Sciences (minor: Biology and Chemistry). I switched programs after 2 years in the Education (teaching) program.
Mostly my daily happenings, as well as some articles and quotes I found interesting enough to share!
Hope you enjoy your stay, and please let me know you were here!

Im now trying to catch up on all the housework from the weekend...I promise to return later today
and do some catching up.
Just out blog hopping and found yours. I hope your wedding is everything you ever dreamed of. Stop in sometime!

Last weekend Chris and I went to Red Deer and stayed at my parents house Friday and Saturday. It was pretty low-key, which is what we needed. It was good to see everyone again (well, for me at least, Chris is up there several times a week!).
School is starting to get harder. I'm switching programs already!!! I've applied to Biological Sciences, which is what I wanted in the first place, but I can't be admitted until Sept. 2007, so I'm still in Natural Sciences this year. I dropped my computer science course, I don't need it for Biology and it is really hard and a lot of work, so if I don't need it, I'm not taking it! I have to keep my GPA up to get into the Biology program too. I've been so tired all week and even the weekend, I don't know what's wrong with me. It's hard to concentrate in class when you're so tired. I'm going to try to get to bed earlier. At least class starts later now on Tues and Thurs.
I have to be up so early to take the bus and then the train to school, it's about an hour commute, less if I'm lucky. Chris drove me to the train station today. BIG MISTAKE. We were stuck in traffic for an hour! AN HOUR!! That drive is normally about 7 minutes!! We were going CRAZY!! And it made me late for class, and Chris late for an important meeting he had in Red Deer. I HATE RUSH HOUR!! It's a good thing we weren't carrying a gun! It's also a good thing I'll be taking the bus mostly to the train station, so it won't be quite so frustrating if I'm not driving or in the passenger seat. Although it would suck if I was stuck standing the whole time! Welcome to the BIG city!
Well, I'm going to try and get some homework done without falling asleep now.
